Updated to latest RC release: nfs-utils-2-3-4-rc2

Addeding libxml2-devel dependency
Make sure /etc/sysconfig/nfs is immutable
Added Requires: e2fsprogs (bz 1647727)
nfsref: switch the way libraries are linked
