- Changed the permission on idmapd.conf to 644
- Added mydaemon code to svcgssd
- Updated the add_gssd.patch from upstream

- Created a pipe between the parent and child so the parent process can
    report the correct exit status to the init scripts
- Added SIGHUP processing to rpc.idmapd and the rpcidmapd init script.
