Fixup for commit: "Split the testsuite into two sub-packages"

When
  %attr(-,mysql,mysql) %{_datadir}/mysql-test
is used,the path, *and everything on it* is added

Only when prepended with '%dir', it won't added anything else than the directory itself

The mistake resulted in all files under
  %attr(-,mysql,mysql) %{_datadir}/mysql-test
to be present in both subpackages 'mysql-test' and 'mysql-test-data'.
