Subject: [PATCH] Force cursor update after applying configuration
The qxl kms driver has a bug where the cursor gets hidden
implicitly after a drmModeSetCrtc call.
This commit works around the bug by forcing a drmModeSetCursor2
call after the drmModeSetCrtc call.
