Erik van Pienbroek 2982cb87b3 Update to 8.33 and added various ./configure arguments 
- Update to 8.33
- Added the configure arguments --enable-pcre8 --enable-pcre16 --enable-pcre32
  (the pcre16 one is needed by mingw-qt5-qtbase)
- Use a more verbose filelist
