- Update to r5894 (20130614 snapshot)
- Updated instructions to regenerate snapshots
  (SourceForge has changed their SVN infrastructure)
- Workaround regression introduced by r5713 where
  the symbol InterlockedCompareExchange could get
  exported in shared libraries by accident
