76677bb0ec Remove hardening if-clauses. Do the hardening always. 
Use upstream -DSECURITY_HARDENED=ON which will eanable -pie and -Wl,-z,relro,-z,now, but also -fstack-protector and -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2
