Drop 32-bit ARM and x86 support
We don't build 32-bit ARM or x86 images in Fedora any more (we
stopped doing x86 images after F30, we are no longer doing 32-bit
ARM images after F36). So we can drop all of this stuff from
master branch at least.

Drop grafting variables
Just add them to the xorrisofs command, the order of the arguments is
interleaved and trying to assemble it from variables just makes it more
confusing.

Drop macboot.img and simplify efiboot.img use
Apple hardware doesn't need the macboot.img to boot, efiboot.img is not
needed in the filesystem so do not graft it into it.

Remove macboot.img and apple specific EFI support

Remove syslinux support
syslinux is unsupported and is going to be removed from Fedora. This
removes it and all of its configuration files from the templates.

7f8955e9ab Add .discinfo on all arches
It was previously added to s390x and ppc64le, this adds it for aarch64,
ppc, and x86 images.

0c4e1955ee Switch to using xorrisofs instead of mkisofs
We have already been using it via the mkisofs compatibility mode. Switch
to using it explicitly.

2f477626fa Add the rest of the files
...turns out you can't just have a single template file, because lorax
just picks a single directory and expects all the data it needs to be
there. Sigh.

So this adds all the rest of the files, plus some Makefile machinery for
generating a tarball and updating the specfile after you've checked in
changes. See README for details.
