runtime-cleanup: Fix gshadow typo

"Drop non-determinism from default templates") made
an attempt to ensure /etc/gshadow is reproducible by sorting it.
However, there was a typo causing the sorted version to be saved as
/etc/gschadow, leaving the original intact.
