Subject: [PATCH] qemu: Make qemuMonitorGetGuestCPU usable on x86 only

It was never implemented or used for anything else anyway. Mainly
because it uses CPUID features bits. The function is renamed as
qemuMonitorGetGuestCPUx86 to make this explicit.
