The rpminspect annocheck tool detected that plugins are not compiled with the proper flags. For some reason, CFLAGS is ignored when building plugins, but not EXTRA_CFLAGS. This is needed for gating. Related: rhbz#1978504 Signed-off-by: Jerome Marchand <jmarchan@redhat.com>
