Update to latest patches from eparis/Upstream

-    Fix errors found by coverity
-    set the sepol_compute_av_reason_buffer flag to 0.  This means calculate denials only?
-    audit2why: remove a useless policy vers variable
-    audit2why: use the new constraint information
