Open the file stream with the `e` flag, so that the underlying file
|
||
|
|
descriptor gets closed on an exec in a potential sibling thread.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|

Also drop the flag `b`, since it is ignored on POSIX systems.
|
||
|

||
|

Found by clang-tidy.
|
