Rebuild to see if this somehow fixes weird openQA failure

Installer images built with the most recent librsvg2 are failing
in testing, but we can't figure out why, and a scratch build of
-1 passed the same tests. We just want to see if the build env
of the -4 build was somehow the problem, so we're rebuilding.
