Could you please update librdkafka to the latest upstream version?

As of now, this is 2.2.0, released on July 12.

We would need this new version on all the branches (C8, C8S, C9 and C9S).

Also, please note that the GitHub repository has been moved to https://github.com/confluentinc/librdkafka.
