Simo Sorce dbc39a8ccf Disable LTO for now, it breaks the build 
This is the error I get building locally if LTO is not disabled:
  Error: invalid attempt to declare external version name as default
  in symbol `kcapi_memset_secure@@LIBKCAPI_1.3.1'
