Subject: [PATCH] cipher: Allow verification of small RSA signatures in FIPS
mode
* cipher/rsa.c (rsa_check_keysize): Formatting.
(rsa_check_verify_keysize): New function.
(rsa_verify): Allow using smaller keys for verification.
