Stefan Hajnoczi d3a7cba9a1 Import rpm spec file ... This rpm spec file is based off Fedora's libblkio 1.2.2 spec file. CentOS Stream requires vendored crate dependencies, so it was necessary modify the spec file to use that approach instead of declaring build dependencies.
