Subject: [PATCH] Simplify plugin loading code
Remove the USE_CFBUNDLE code, which was only used by KfM. Handle
platform conditionals according to current practice. Use
k5_dir_filenames() instead of opendir() and remove the Windows
implementation of opendir().
