1. clean up left crashkernel.default
2. fix a few typos and grammar mistakes
3. ask the users to refer to `man kdumpctl` for reset-crashkernel

Coiby Xu 0e162120b6 update crashkernel-howto 
Update crashkernel-howto since crashkernel.default has been removed. The
documentation is also simplified as a result.
