Currently there are two issues with unit-testing the functions defined
in kdumpctl and other shell scripts after sourcing them,
- kdumpctl would call main which requires root permission and would
create single instance lock (/var/lock/kdump)
- kdumpctl and other shell scripts directly source files under /usr/lib/kdump/
When ShellSpec load a script via "Include", it defines the__SOURCED__
variable. By making use of __SOURCED__, we can
1. let kdumpctl not call main when kdumpctl is "Include"d by ShellSpec
2. instruct kdumpctl and kdump-lib.sh to source the files in the repo
when running ShelSpec tests
Note coverage/ is added to .gitignore because ShellSpec generates code
coverage results in this folder.

We do not have *.xz, *.gz as part of repositiry, so ignore them. They are
annoying during development period, specially when we want to modify all
changes using `git add -A`.
Also ignore *.swp, and *.rpm because many of such temporary files are
created during development and such files would not be the part of
repository.

Don't put options after the %end of the %addon section
Otherwise the installation describing kickstart will not be valid.
This can resulting in various issues such, as Initial Setup refusing
to run due to invalid kickstart file.
Moving isys.total_memory() call to class method to avoid installation hangs.
It is possible because totoal_memory will call log.info which need log lock.
but some loging function need import gettext module which need import lock.
Thus deadlock could happen.
Moved isys.total_memory callback to class method instead.
Updated kdump addon icon again, Máirín Duffy designed a better icon,
it shows a little blip in a heart beat with a magnifying class examining
it, it uses components of the gnome-symbolic-theme so it would match the
other icons in the hub.

Update kdump icon again, Xiaoxue created a new one with different color
so that we have similar color theme with other components.
Also add kdump.svg to rpm %files section
Otherwise rpmbuild will not package it in rpm
This feature enables us to specify rules to scrub data in a
dumpfile with eppic macro instead of the current configuration
file (makedumpfile.conf). Currently, this feature works only
for symbols in vmlinux while the current feature can work also
for module symbols.
This library is backported from upstream, integrated and tested by
Dave Anderson.
