Remove the kernel-kdump handling

Browse Source 
Fedora firstboot will alert about requiring a kernel-kdump
for x86, this is not true. In fact all arches what we support
do not depend on kernel-kdump any more.

Thus remove the kernel-kdump handling in firstboot.
