Fix an installation issue on ppc64le

I forgot to add kdump.sysconfig.ppc64le to "Source" directive to
kexec-tools.spec. And on ppc64le, the default kdump.sysconfig will be
installed to /etc/sysconfig/kdump. Now fix it.
