makedumpfile: remove explicit-lib-dependency zlib

Fix the following error found by rpmlint,
    makedumpfile.x86_64: E: explicit-lib-dependency zlib
    You must let rpm find the library dependencies by itself. Do not put unneeded
    explicit Requires: tags.
