kdump-capture.service: switch to journal for stdout
Using syslog for StandardOutput in a service file was deprecated in systemd v246 with commit f3dc6af20f ("core: automatically update StandardOuput=syslog to =journal (and similar for StandardError=)"). Thus the following warnings are printed in the crash kernel when creating a dump. systemd[1]: /usr/lib/systemd/system/kdump-capture.service:23: Standard output type syslog is obsolete, automatically updating to journal. Please update your unit file, and consider removing the setting altogether. systemd[1]: /usr/lib/systemd/system/kdump-capture.service:24: Standard output type syslog+console is obsolete, automatically updating to journal+console. Please update your unit file, and consider removing the setting altogether. Fix this by redirecting the stdout and stderr to the journal.
