mkdumprd: get_persistent_dev() return original dev if no persistent dev exists.
kvm virtio-blk device, for example /dev/vdb, doesn't have serial id by default. So there's no persistent device node under /dev/disk/ for /dev/vdb. In case no persistent dev for dump target, we should use the original device name directly, not failing the mkdumprd. v2: update warn message from Vivek.
