Revert "kdumpctl: use generated rd.lvm.lv=X"
This reverts commit cb38b32dfc
.
We are going to add "--hostonly-cmdline" dracut argument in
the following patch.
With the help of "--hostonly-cmdline", dracut will generate
"rd.lvm.lv=X" for us, no need to implement here again.
