mkdumprd (RHEL-only): add nvme module by force

The following dracut commit can not detect the nvme module in some special
case, which causes vmcore dump failure.

    fix(kernel-modules): detect block device's hardware driver

As a workaround, adding nvme module by force at present, and after a
real fix in dracut, we can revert this patch.
