RPM macros that list arches the full kernel is built on

Add Requires(post) and Requires(postun) on weak-modules, use /usr/sbin/weak-modules path, add relevant build requirements. * kmodtool (get_rpmtemplate): Add weak-modules to Requires(post), Requires(postun).
