Jiri Vanek 8cd6f461c6 updated aarch64 tarball to contain whole forest of latest jdk8-aarch64-jdk8u60-b24.2.tar.xz

- using this forest instead of only hotspot
- generate_source_tarball.sh - temporarily excluded repos="hotspot" compression of download
- not only openjdk/hotspot is replaced, by wholeopenjdk
- ln -s openjdk jdk8 done after replacing of openjdk
- patches 9999 601 and 602 exclded for aarch64
