Require fontconfig explicitly
...
Require fontconfig and minimal fonts (xorg-x11-fonts-Type1) explicitly.
fontconfig is used to render fonts. The minimal fonts ensure some fonts
can always be rendered even in minimal installs.
Resolves rhbz#1101394

Look for known variants of libjvm and look for debuginfo in those
shared objects only if they exist.
