- Moved SunEC provider via system NSS to RPM specific patches section.
- Moved upstream 8u patches to appropriate sections (8u192/8u202).
- Removed rh1214835.patch since it's invalid. See:

- Use --with-native-debug-symbols=internal which JDK-8036003 adds.
