Eugene Syromiatnikov 03b7d46f1b Revert upstream commit "lib: update detection of non-architectural L3CAT" 
As it removes L3CAT detection support for the models requested
in RHEL-22729.

* 0002-Revert-lib-update-detection-of-non-architectural-L3C.patch: New
file.
* intel-cmt-cat.spec (Release): Bump to 2.
(Patch0002): New patch.
(%changelog): New record.
