Update to 2.15.27

- If an emoji is duplicated as a text candidate, use only the
  emoji candidate and increase its score
  (Resolves: https://github.com/mike-fabian/ibus-typing-booster/issues/289)
- Update emoji annotations from CLDR
- Translation update from Weblate (sv updated to 100%, sw updated to 100%)
