update to 0.0.24 upstream version

- Resolves: #884808 - ibus-typing-booster should also show candidates which correct spelling errors
- Use pyhunspell to add spell-checking suggestions
- Use underline for preedit
- Colourize spellchecking suggestions and system phrases already used
