Mike FABIAN 27e3fe979e Update to 1.16.8 
- Update Unihan_Variants.txt from “2021-12-01 Unicode 15.0.0
  draft” to “2022-04-26 Unicode 15.0.0 draft” and regenerate
  chinese_variants.py. All our fixes to Unihan_Variants.txt
  are included upstream.
- Update translations from Weblate (fa, fr updated)
