Fix fedpkg local, removing checked-in duplicate of Source file

(`fedpkg local` failed with "Could not execute local: Error: Attempting a
download '~/fedora/hunspell-kn/f33/kannada.oxt' that would override a git
tracked file. Either remove the corresponding line from 'sources' file to keep
the git tracked one or 'git rm' the file to allow the download.")
