Caolán McNamara f2ea90e4b7 drop es_PH cause neither our glibc or libreoffice support it 
give the subpackages English names instead of locale ids
keep hunspell-es as a virtual package which pulls in the others
like hunspell-en, no need for obsoletes/provides then I believe
