This file belongs to almalinux, This seems strange to me because I myself checked files provided by almalinux-logos-httpd (in my capacity).

Ok, it's weird.
Can you please share the results of these commands, because I can't reproduce it, AlmaLinux 8 and 9 show the right logo

cat /usr/share/testpage/index.html
rpm -qf /usr/share/testpage/index.html
dnf list almalinux-logos-httpd

btw, I am using httpd from docker.io/almalinux/9-init:latest container, but It should not make any difference.

Sorry for the delay.
Could you try downloading /icons/poweredby.png using curl? Most likely the logo is cached and is being used by the browser, I checked in Almalinux 8 and 9 everything was fine

sir you are right,
when I downloaded that logo using curl the correct logo(almalinux one) got downloaded.
So this issue is due to browser caching.
I am closing this issue now.
