Subject: [PATCH] ReiserFS: switch to using grub_min()/grub_max()

This is a minor cleanup patch to remove the bespoke MIN() and MAX()
|
|
definitions from the reiserfs driver, and uses grub_min() / grub_max()
|
|
instead.
