- Moves starfield to a subpackage

fa0bb1c570 Add a starfield-theme subpackage 
starfield takes up >3M on disk without being used, and we're oversize for
the live image. It also contains some copies of dejavu fonts...

c766879b05 Trim some changelogs from last decade.
