Subject: [PATCH] BLS: Use ${etcdefaultgrub} instead of /etc/...

Inside the grub-switch-to-blscfg script the ${etcdefaultgrub} variable
|
|
|
|
is used. So replace the hardcoded /etc/default/grub with it.
