- removing rpath from inclucded libtool
- moving X11 app-defaults to datadir

Switch from openmotif to lesstif. I am not able to fully test functionality
...
of the client in rawhide, but I think it is better to have a partially
functional gpsd and gpsd-clients rather than the non-functional failed
dependancy packages that are out there now.
