523295da47 Backport a couple more fixes, relating to IBus this time 
These two fixes together fix setting surrounding text for input
methods, and avoid some log spam when no input method is active.

e8345c8283 Replace dnd fix with upstream version, backport some other fixes 
The dnd fix in -5 was actually redundant, a similar fix for the
same bug had already been committed upstream. Replace it with
the upstream version, plus three other fixes from the same MR.
Also add several other fixes from post-3.30.0 git master which
look important and useful.

07ded10bbb Require xdg-desktop-portal-gtk 
Make sure xdg-desktop-portal-gtk is installed in addition to flatpak so
that launching flatpak apps etc actually works.

652e51ae6b Update caribou obsoletes 
Make sure to obsolete all of caribou subpackages, and add guards so that
they only take effect on RHEL. In Fedora, we have
fedora-obsolete-packages already obsoleting caribou.

254a1d2076 Remove telepathy-logger and telepathy-glib runtime dependencies 
Telepathy is an optional run-time dependency [1] nowadays. Given the
lack of upstream maintenance, it is being systematically avoided in
Fedora Workstation. In fact, the aforementioned loosening of the
dependency was driven by the same sentiment.

d57ad5a6f2 Explicitly require libnm-gtk 
While the port from libnm-gtk to libnm is ongoing
(https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=789811) we need to pull in
libnm-gtk to keep gnome-shell working. This adds it as an explicit dep.
