Remove telepathy-logger and telepathy-glib runtime dependencies

Telepathy is an optional run-time dependency [1] nowadays. Given the
lack of upstream maintenance, it is being systematically avoided in
Fedora Workstation. In fact, the aforementioned loosening of the
dependency was driven by the same sentiment.
