Utilities to configure the GNOME desktop

Felipe Borges fed4d01e9e Revert "Honor sleep inactive-act-type-server g-s-d setting" ... This reverts commit 8f8a154e0b. In https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/gnome-settings-daemon/-/merge_requests/29 we introduce a new mechanism to override the setting default values for servers.
