Originally, the package glibc-common-debuginfo was called glibc-debuginfo-common and it was renamed in rhel-8.6. We need to make sure the new name is used only for rhel >= 8.6, otherwise it breaks the test runs for earlier distros. We do not need to add glibc-debuginfo-common (the old name) as requirement for the rhel <= 8.5, since it is a dependency of glibc-debuginfo (which is already in required packages) a thus installed automatically.
