Rework handling of asynchronous unwind tables compiler flag

This commit drops an overridden -fasynchronous-unwind-tables flag, which
had no effect.

We compile all of glibc with -fno-asynchronous-unwind-tables, so we can
drop glibc-fedora-ppc-unwind.patch.
