if atomic load fails. But, "continue" inside of do-while loop

does not skip the evaluation of escape expression, thus CAS

Replace do-while with while and skip LLL_MUTEX_TRYLOCK if

||
|
|
LLL_MUTEX_READ_LOCK fails.
