Todd Zullinger fcdcff43cd Drop gnupg BuildRequires on fedora >= 30 ... Now that Fedora 30 defaults to gnupg2 as /bin/gpg we don't need to install gnupg for the test suite. We already require gnupg2 to verify the source files.		2019-02-11 22:59:49 -05:00
